"One Off" Assessment whereby I get to know the client and they start to get to know me. We do lots of health and fitness checks and tests, lifestyle and nutrition analysis (1 to 2 hours).
I would then workout a programme for them to follow.
Clients would then decide how much of there programme they would want to do with me as a trainer, and how much, if any, they are happy to do themselves.
I have a private gym at home in Four Oaks, Sutton Coldfield.
