It comprises of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, lounge/diner with patio doors opening out on to a patio and gardens, which include the use of a 5-6 seat hot tub, bbq and fully equipped gymnasium with cross trainer, running machine, exercise bike rowing machine, weights, TV & music facilities.
Bedrooms and lounge have TVs and free wifi.
Off road parking available with electrical hook-up for motorhome / caravan.
The Annexe adjoins our family home on the outskirts of Winchester City Centre and combines comfort, attractive surroundings and excellent transport links. It is an ideal base for professional visitors and holiday makers alike.
Within 5 minutes walking distance there are local convenience stores, newsagent, pharmacist, coffee bar, restaurant and takeaways, which include Fish & Chips, Chinese, Kebabs & Burgers and an Indian restaurant & takeaway.
Winchester train station is 10-15 minutes walk.
Winchester town centre and theatre is approximately a 15-20 minute walk.
There are a couple of parks for children and pets and pleasant scenic public walks around a local farm situated at the end of the road.
Local pubs are within a 10 minute walk and offer food at very reasonable prices or facility to order takeaways and eat-in at pub.
