Frances is regarded as one of the most skilled and experienced medical aesthetic practitioners in Scotland and as well as the Scottish lead for the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses (BACN) she also serves on the board. She is on the editorial board of the new Journal of Aesthetic Nursing and has published many peer reviewed article on aesthetic medicine.

Over recent years Frances has forged excellent working relationships with many leading Scottish plastic and maxillo-facial surgeons, including the team at Confidence Cosmetics at the Nuffield in Glasgow, as well as leading dermatologists from across the UK.
