We are farmers and skilled butchers, who deliver our meat to your door. We look after our animals and feed them a natural diet, with no gm feed or antibiotics or growth enhancers. Just grass and hay for our cattle and lambs. Our pigs eat grain from a local farm, again grown without chemicals. We look after our animals and we take them to a local abattoir, so they are not stressed and the meat is hung in our coldrooms, for at least 30 days, to enhance the flavour. We deliver locally in our own vans, and nationally with Parcelforce, in insulated ice packed boxes. Our meat comes to you ready prepared and ready to cook, and in the sizes you want.
