Martial Arts Club promoting fitness, wellbeing, mental health.
The club was established in 1969 and has members ranging from 5 to 70 years old. It is fully matted and equipped for beginners up to elite athletes.
We have national champions at fighting and kata however 60% of members exercise to stay active fit, active and healthy.
