WHO ARE WE: We have been running Group Fitness Classes and Personal Training sessions across Worcestershire for the past 12 years. Whatever your goals we have a training path the we are sure we can help you with. WHAT DO WE DO: Personal Training Group Fitness Classes Boxing Bootcamps Beginners Bootcamps Corporate Bootcamps WHERE DO WE TRAIN: We have access to 2 local gyms so as well as Outdoor Sessions we can do sessions in 2 indoor locations. For our Boxing/Martial Arts clients we have a local Boxing/MMA gym based on Sheriff Street, Worcester ( with free car parking ) that offers unrivalled equipment. For our Hiit, Circuits, and S+C Clients we have the choice of a Local Leisure Club based on Foregate Street ( with free car parking ) or you can choose to train in the Boxing/MMA Gym.
