South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SWYPFT) is a mental health and learning disability trust in the United Kingdom. It was established in April 2002, following the merger of Wakefield Health Authority and Barnsley Mental Health Care Trust. SWYPFT provides mental health, learning disability and social care services to people living in Barnsley, Calderdale, Kirklees and Wakefield.
