The Sussex Community NHS Trust is a National Health Service (NHS) trust that provides community health services to the people of Sussex, England. It serves an area of 1.6 million people, covering Brighton and Hove, Eastbourne, Hastings, Lewes, Mid Sussex and Wealden. The trust was established in April 2010 when it took over from the former South East Coast Strategic Health Authority.

The trust provides a wide range of health services for adults, children and families including district nursing, health visiting, specialist mental health services, therapy services, learning disability services, community hospitals and sexual health services. It also provides primary care and urgent care services in some areas.

In addition to its core services, the trust also runs a range of community-based health initiatives such as: healthy lifestyle programmes; alcohol and drug treatment services; smoking cessation programmes; child health promotion projects; and falls prevention schemes.

The trust has two main acute hospitals: Brighton General Hospital and Eastbourne District General Hospital. The trust also works closely with local councils, charities and other voluntary organisations to provide additional care and support for patients in their own homes or in the community.

The trust is committed to providing high quality patient care and is rated as 'Good' overall by the Care Quality Commission. It is dedicated to continuous improvement of services and works hard to ensure that all patients receive the best possible care at all times.
