The South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SECAmb) is an NHS foundation trust that provides emergency medical services in the south east of England. It covers Kent, Surrey, Sussex and North East Hampshire. The trust was established in 2006 and is one of the largest ambulance trusts in England, with over 4,000 staff members providing care to a population of more than 5 million people.

SECAmb provides a range of services including emergency response, urgent care transport, non-emergency patient transport and community first responder schemes.
