The organisation was formed in April 2013 following the merger of Avon Primary Care Trust (PCT) with NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Community Health Services (CHS). Sirona’s vision is to provide excellent care for everyone in its communities by working together as one team.
