Poole Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is a large acute hospital located in Poole, Dorset, England. It provides a range of services to the local population including emergency care, maternity services and specialist surgery. The trust also runs several community hospitals across the region.

The trust was established in April 2002 following the merger of Poole General Hospital and St Mary's Community Health Services. In October 2018 it became an NHS Foundation Trust which means that it has more freedom to manage its own affairs and make decisions about how best to serve its patients.

The trust employs over 3,000 staff who provide care for around 500,000 people living in East Dorset and South West Hampshire each year. It is one of the largest employers in the area with an annual budget of £310 million (2019/20).

The trust is actively involved in training future generations of healthcare professionals through its partnership with Bournemouth University which offers undergraduate courses in nursing, midwifery and allied health professions at Poole Hospital campus sites.
