East Sussex Downs and Weald Primary Care Trust (ESDW PCT) is a health organization that provides NHS services to residents in East Sussex, England. The trust was created in April 2006, as part of the NHS reforms, by merging together three previous primary care trusts: Hailsham & Seaford PCT; Hastings & Rother PCT; and Lewes & Wealden PCT.
