The East of England Strategic Health Authority (EESHA) is an NHS organisation responsible for commissioning health services in the East of England region. It is one of 10 Strategic Health Authorities (SHAs) established by the Department of Health in 2006 to manage the delivery of healthcare services across England. The EESHA covers six counties: Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk.
