Mill Cottage is cosy, comfortable and spacious, and sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms. We, as owners, live next door, and are always available for information on how best to enjoy this lovely area. We are ideally placed for exploring the beautiful countryside of Peeblesshire and the Scottish Borders, but also are close to Edinburgh, with the City Centre an easy 40 min drive away. Some visitors just want to stay around locally to enjoy the lovely walks, or do a spot of fishing. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, and can be walked in our 30 acre meadow. The downstairs is designed for wheel-chair use, with twin bedroom, wet-room and family kitchen. Have a look at our website for more details and photos of Mill Cottage.

I organise tours to all areas of Scotland.I have my own vehicle for up to 8 passengers, but can organise larger vehicles with notice. We go and do whatever our customers want to go and do,from a minimum of 4 hours up to weeks... So I discuss with our customers where and what we do,whether it is historical, sporting or just purely sightseeing, walking involving picnics,or whatever takes the fancy. The main aim is that everyone is comfortable and has fun!.If overnight stays are involved, then I can assist according to budget.
