We are a privately owned country house in Oxfordshire, that hosts Wellbeing weekends - yoga retreats & fitness weekends. Health and fitness is so crucial to our Wellbeing, and anyone who works in a stressful job or under pressure has to make sure that they take some time out to relax and unwind. We want to help and support you and help you to take some time away from everyday life to relax and reflect.
