Located at The Millers Arms in St Neots, Seven is a fantastic British restaurant that uses fresh produce to create a delicious, innovative menu. It is true that many eateries claim to use ‘fresh’ or ‘locally sourced’ ingredients, however The Millers Arms has a growing garden area, filled with a selection seasonal vegetables, fruit and herbs. This ensures high quality dining, as the chef takes care to use this produce as much as possible, whether it is the veg to accompany your steak or the fresh mint in your mojito. The menu itself has an extensive range of dishes created to suit all tastes and all occasions. For a starter, why not try the smoked trout pate, delicately mixed with lemon, cream cheese and a hint of dill. Those who appreciate a good steak will love what Seven has to offer, with an option of sirloin, ribeye or fillet. All are served with chips, garlic mushrooms and tomatoes. If you have a sweet tooth, the desserts are sure to impress! Try the tasty vanilla panna cotta, drizzled with a blueberry sauce. A twist on two classics comes in the form off the apple crumble cheesecake, sugared apples, topped with toasted crumble on a creamy cheesecake.
