Bowen therapy is a complimentary therapy for working on fascia and connective tissue in a gentle manner in order to facilitate reduction of muscle spasm and encourage the body to come into balance. this is a therapy that is gentle, with no clicks or adjustments, and is suitable for newborns to 100years of age! It consists of moves and pauses while lying comfortably on a couch or in a chair. The moves are done in a specific way and pattern with short pauses between the moves to allow the mind to assess what has just been done. It helps musculoskeletal conditions such as frozen shoulders and neck restrictions, low back pain and sciatica. It may help asthma, colic,bowel problems, infertility problems, headaches, migraines, dizziness.
