As an injury rehabilitation specialist we can provide a continuum of healthcare from the moment that an injury occurs, all the way through a fitness programme, to enable you to return to your sport or just carry out your daily activities pain free! Our team of highly qualified and experienced physiotherapists and sports rehabilitators have a wealth of experience making sure you receive the best possible care. Treatment will start with an initial assessment and work on a mental as well as a physical level, to ensure all aspects of the injury are covered. This will enable a full return to health and sport, without subsequent re-occurrences. The whole rehabilitation process takes traditional physiotherapy one step further.

I’m a fully qualified person-centred counsellor and I am a Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (MBACP). I offer a non-judgmental and non-directive approach to explore your issues and help you on a journey of self discovery. I offer daytime & evening appointments and have reduced rates for unemployed, low income, students, retired & people with disabilities. My practice is based in Chorlton and Stockport. I do believe the relationship established with the therapist is one of the fundamental points in therapy; therefore I offer a FREE initial consultation, as it is important for me to know you have taken the right decision. As well as working in private practice I also offer my services to the NHS and the voluntary sector. I have experience of working individuals and couples. I welcome working with clients from different cultures and backgrounds and I can provide therapy in English & Spanish. I have considerable experience in working with the bereaved, victims of domestic & child abuse, issues such as anxiety, depression, emotional numbness, low self-esteem, suicidal & self harming feelings.

We offer meditation classes, workshops and events at the Centre and throughout Greater Manchester. These are for both beginners and those with experience both Buddhist and non-Buddhist, everyone can benefit. We also have a World Peace Cafe opening in October.
