You get to spend quality, one to one time with baby, with the social advantage of 'getting out' and meeting other parents. I cover massage for each part of the body and discuss the principles & philosophy of the IAIM, looking at baby’s cues, behaviour states, and the use of oils in baby massage, I also incorporate some reflexology and baby yoga through gentle movements to aid your learning and development. Classes are ran currently at Clayton and Stone and as part of the course you get to keep the oil provided and I also give comprehensive handouts after each class of all strokes learned so that you can continue to practice and develop the skill at home.
