To claim, you must notify us where the offer was seen and provide proof of your eligibility, for example, ID showing your status with the organisation to whom the discount is offered. That status must still be held at the time of conclusion of the matter. The discount applies to all legal fees and excludes disbursements (or fees paid on your behalf by the firm).
