North Norfolk Pilates Studio

North Norfolk Pilates Studio is located in the centre of Holt in North Norfolk. Classes are taken on hand-crafted Pilates equipment in a private, dedicated studio environment. Pilates is ideal for people of all ages who want to strengthen their core muscles and also improve flexibility, posture and general fitness levels. Classes are taken either one to one or with a maximum of 2 people on hourly appointments from 9am to 3pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Classes are deliberately small for a more focussed approach to clients individual needs. Extended membership discounts available. The studio is also a stockist for MBT shoes and Healthy Back Bags.
