About Acupuncture First
Acupuncture First is an established acupuncture clinic based in Heswall. We are both practitioners at the clinic and, having both achieved First Class BSc Hons Degrees requiring 3 years’ full time study, are trained to the standard which will be required when the profession is regulated. We have been inspected and certified by Wirral Borough Council under the requirements of environmental health legislation. We are members of a professional body and fully insured. There is abundant evidence of the effectiveness of acupuncture in treating a wide variety of conditions, and a growing acceptance of the therapy within mainstream medical care. Research has found it to be a cost effective treatment resulting in high patient satisfaction, reduced use of prescribed medication and reduced GP visits. We have successfully treated hundreds of patients and have scores of positive testimonials from satisfied patients.
