About Yogawest

In our 2 studios we run yoga classes seven days a week, for all levels of ability, including beginners and pregnancy classes. Foundation Course A 5 week course for complete beginners or people wanting to revisit the basics. The course is designed to introduce you to the fundamental poses and principles of yoga practice. Courses start regularly throughout the year and must be pre-booked, they cost £49. Classes are one hour. If you want to start classes before the next course begins, you can come to beginners classes in the meantime. Yogawest offers low-wage NHS staff a special concessionary rate for the foundation course £15 for the 5 week course.
