I am a graduate Sports Therapist with over 6 years of experience in clinical and professional sports settings. My passion is for exercise based injury rehabilitation, but I also offer injury diagnosis, sports massage and small group strength training. I am based in Bakewell, in the heart of the beautiful Peak District. Whist I love working with athletes of all levels, I also enjoy helping people get back to their daily life and enjoying leisure activities such as sports and gardening.
