About York Caravan Park

Only 2 miles from York Minster, this 5-star adult only touring and camping park is ideally located inside the city ring road with a half hourly bus service into the centre. But this is no city centre site, it is surrounded by countryside and offers 40, really large, fully serviced hardstanding pitches hedged on 3 sides for additional privacy. A wooded BBQ and picnic around the park's popular fishing lake add to the relaxed feel of the site. Individual shower/wash rooms in the immaculate new amenities block introduce more luxury for 2012. Castle Howard, the Moors, Dales and Coast are all within an hour's journey.
