We are the only CrossFit gym in Birmingham and one of the flagship CrossFit gyms in the UK. We provide high level health and fitness training to a broad range of clients in small group settings. We pride ourselves on being different to 'regular' gyms because we care about our members as people rather than numbers. Helping people become just a little bit fitter has a massive affect on their day to day lives and as health professionals we'd like to make it as easy as possible for NHS staff to become models of what they preach.
