About Your Gym

Conveniently located at the AJ Bell Stadium Your Gym has been providing local NHS employees the best in low cost health and fitness membership for 2 years. Open from 6am – 10pm Monday to Friday and 8am – 8pm at the weekend Your Gym boasts over 120 pieces of the latest gym equipment to help with fitness, weight loss, toning and strength gain as well as 20 classes per week which are all included in the club’s membership. To ensure there is no excuse to visit us there is free parking and if your shifts sometimes get in the way of your exercise goals there is free online support for members which includes exercise plans and nutritional plans to keep you focused even when you are not at the club. Every member is offered a free personal training session on joining and will be offered places on our regular bootcamp events. New for 2014 we are offering NHS employees and a spouse or partner a special membership rate which can be accessed in club or online. After joining all that we ask is that you provide us with conformation of your employment with the NHS via a payslip, ID badge or similar.
