Learn the Nordic Walking technique from Finland with the instructors at Midlands Nordic Walking. Classes run at Nottingham University Park (Monday evening at 5:25pm), Rushcliffe Country Park (Friday morning at 11:15am) and Shipley Country Park (Saturday morning at 8:45am). You can use our special Nordic Walking poles for the lessons (hire is included in the class fee). Please email or text us to book in for your class.
