04 Mar 2020 "Yoga Therapy is a simple, natural practice that brings us to our true nature. In this pressured world, we rarely give our body a chance to settle back into equilibrium after a period of intense activity or anxiety. Yoga practises are an ideal way to release our bodies from the discomforts, countering the wear and tear we undergo due to modern lifestyles. Here at The Heart of Yoga we strive to create an environment where everybody has the opportunity to embrace personal development." - The Heart of Yoga, Leamington spa

"ReadyPrep is an easy-to-use food service that provides freshly prepared meals, ready to be eaten whenever you choose. We’ve created an exclusive menu of wholesome and tasty recipes, offering 3, 5, 6 and 7 days a week of meal prep. Our Chefs have worked in the most reputable hotels and restaurants in London. Whilst working jobs that required lengthy hours of commitment, they experienced the struggle of finding the time to prepare a nutritious meal. This lead to the development of ReadyPrep. We understand that working for our NHS requires long hours, sometimes doubles shifts, 7 days a week. We appreciate your hard work and dedication, and thus we want to thank you by offering our food service at an affordable, low-rate. Providing you the best produce to fuel your body the right way. All ingredients, fats, carbs, protein and calories are detailed on our website; you’ll know exactly what you’re eating." - Readyprep, London
