Sandwell Primary Care Trust (PCT) was a primary care trust in the West Midlands, England. It was established in April 2002 and provided health services to over 300,000 people living in Sandwell and parts of Birmingham. The PCT was responsible for commissioning healthcare services from hospitals, GPs, community health services and mental health services.

The PCT had a budget of £619 million for 2009/10 and employed around 2,500 staff. It was divided into four localities: West Bromwich, Wednesbury & Tipton; Smethwick & Oldbury; Rowley Regis & Cradley Heath; and Bearwood & Warley. Each locality had its own management team which worked closely with local GPs to ensure that patients received the best possible care.

The PCT worked closely with other organisations such as Sandwell Council, the police and voluntary sector to provide integrated care for patients. It also developed innovative ways of working with partners to improve access to healthcare services in the area.

In April 2013 Sandwell PCT merged with neighbouring Dudley PCT to form NHS Sandwell and Dudley Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). The CCG is now responsible for commissioning healthcare services in both areas.
