The Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust is a National Health Service (NHS) trust located in the city of Salisbury, Wiltshire, England. The trust provides specialist services including emergency and critical care, cancer, maternity and children's health, mental health and learning disability services. It also provides community health services in Wiltshire and Dorset.

The trust was established on 1 April 2010 following the merger of Salisbury NHS Trust and West Wiltshire Primary Care Trust. It has around 5,500 staff members who provide healthcare services for a population of approximately 260,000 people in Salisbury and the surrounding areas. The trust runs the district general hospital in Salisbury, as well as seven community hospitals located in Amesbury, Devizes, Gillingham, Melksham, Warminster, Westbury and Weymouth.

The trust is governed by an elected board of directors made up of representatives from across its local communities and is funded through grants from the Department of Health and Social Care as well as revenue generated by its activities. The trust works closely with GPs, nurses, social workers and other professionals to ensure that its services meet local needs.

The trust is committed to providing quality care for all its patients. In 2017/18 it achieved a rating of 'Good' by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of health and social care in England. It has also been recognised for its excellence in patient care with numerous awards including the NHS Excellence Award for Patient Safety 2017/18.
