We are a friendly independently run gym with an active membership base of over 1000 local people.
Established in 1994, Challenge has evolved in to a place dedicated to helping you reach your health & fitness goals – whether you are a gym pro, or completely new to exercise.
Our qualified staff will help you lose a bit of weight, develop your fitness for sports, transform your figure or simply improve your health. Plus with our extensive range of cardio, resistance and free weights equipment, you’ll find the tools and help you need to reach those goals.
We have a fantastic class timetable which offers something for everyone. Taught by our highly experienced and energetic instructors, classes and courses include Legs, Bums and Tums, Boxercise, Studio Pump, Bootcamp, Yoga and Krav Maga.
Members receive a free exercise induction and ongoing programme reviews to keep workouts varied and exciting. And you gain access to the latest training and nutritional advice via our website, social media and monthly eNewsletter.
