The Belfast Health and Social Care Trust (BHSCT) is a health and social care trust responsible for providing healthcare services to the people of Belfast, Northern Ireland. The trust was established in April 2009 following the amalgamation of two previous trusts, the Belfast City Hospital Trust and the South Eastern Health & Social Services Board. It is one of five health and social care trusts in Northern Ireland.

The BHSCT provides a range of services including acute hospital care, mental health services, community nursing, primary care, public health services and learning disability services. It also has responsibility for providing integrated healthcare to children with special needs.

The trust employs over 8500 staff across its various sites which include hospitals such as Royal Victoria Hospital (RVH), Mater Infirmorum Hospital (MIH) and Musgrave Park Hospital (MPH). The RVH is one of four major trauma centres in Northern Ireland while MIH is a specialist cancer centre. MPH provides mental health services for adults as well as substance misuse treatment programmes for young people aged 16-25 years old.

In addition to these core clinical activities, BHSCT also provides support through education initiatives such as its Clinical Education Centre which offers training courses on topics such as dementia awareness or communication skills; research programmes which are aimed at improving patient outcomes; and public engagement events designed to raise awareness about different aspects of healthcare provision within the city.
