I started practising yoga 20 years ago and have been teaching since 2002 in my studio in Angmering village . I bring my years of sivananda and scaravelli practice to my teaching; working with the vital core,the breath,spine and the rest of the body bringing strength into lightness. I specialise in teaching small groups giving help and adjustments where necessary. Pregnancy yoga classes are now available .
