Fitness First Tottenham Court Road is situated in the heart of London’s West End and is open from 6:30am to 10pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm on Saturdays and 10am to 6pm on Sundays.
Whether you’re looking for an early morning strength training session on our resistance machines, a quick dip in our swimming pool on your lunch break or an intense evening spin class, it’s easier than ever to squeeze in a workout around your schedule.
There are a number of ways to reach us at our Tottenham Court Road gym, as we’re located close to the Goodge Street, Warren Street and Euston Square underground stations. Plus, if you’re visiting from further afield, we’re just a short walk from Euston and King’s Cross rail stations
