I am a hypnotherapist, meditation teacher, life coach, Neuro-linguistic programming practitioner, EFT tapping practitioner and EMDR practitioner. I use these techniques in their own right or in combinations depending on the individual. I deal with a wide range of issues but always include stress reduction in my sessions as I believe this plays a big role in most people's lives.
