As healthcare professionals you spend your lives looking after others and going out of your way to improve other peoples lives but who is looking after you? You work regularly under tough and strenuous circumstances and need to maintain your own health and wellness in order to be able to provide the level of service you do and our team here at the Training Shed are here to help.
On joining the Training Shed you will get a 'SHED Start' which includes a health check which gives us feedback on your body fat %, BMI, blood pressure and some other health markers. From there you will have a consultation with a Coach and discuss that your goals are and then have a plan designed specifically for you and shown to you by your Coach. A full range of our services will be made available to you and depending on your own goals and circumstances we can help you decide what approach will suit you most; 1-2-1 Coaching, Sports Therapy, Massage, Classes or Gym Membership.
