Hi My name is Caroline and I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, EMDR and Pain Practitioner and Licensed FATnosis Practitioner based in Wigan.
I offer Hypnotherapy for Stress and Anxiety, Trauma, Fear and Phobias, Low Mood and Confidence/ Self Esteem issues.
I also help clients suffering with long term Chronic Pain very often 1 session is all that is needed to substantially lower and very often remove pain altogether.
I also help my clients to tackle lifestyle changes such as Weight Management and Stop Smoking.
A consultation is free of charge and can be done by phone/Skype or face to face in my office in Wigan.
