Six years ago Max Cabs began as a small firm with a handful of drivers operating out of a base on Edgar Street, Blackburn. Years later we’re the biggest taxi firm in East Lancashire, with over 250 fully licensed drivers providing both local taxi journeys and British airport transfers for Accrington, Blackburn, Darwen and the surrounding areas.
We opened our base on Edgar Street in 2009 to provide cheap taxis for the local area. Our goal was to create a service where a taxi cost the same, or even less than, public transport.
