This works on a new ideology, developed over 4 generations of British innovators, of how the body reacts proportional to pain. It was discovered that tension causes tissues to shutdown, causing dysfunction meaning injury / pain / stiffness. Tension can be relieved by following a system designed to adapt to patient's age, muscular build, height, weight, and degrees of injury or pain.
