Details: Hypnosis is a great way to change thoughts and behaviours because it is using the same part of your brain that created those thoughts and behaviours. I use a combination of hypnosis, cognitive behaviour therapy, NLP and Emotional Freedom Technique to help to make positive changes.
The number of sessions is always difficult to estimate because it depends on your individual circumstances. But, often something like a simple phobia can be dealt with in a single session. Stopping smoking is usually 2 sessions and weight loss is 4 sessions. Sleep and stress issues can take anything from 1 session to 4 or more if there are a lot of different issues involved.
But, I always aim to help you achieve what you want in the shortest time possible. The first session is 90 minutes and is usually £80 but quote this offer and it will be £60. Any follow up sessions are 60 minutes and £50. How would it feel to go into the new year feeling different?
