1-2-1 Weight Loss Management, following a 6-Step programme to suit you and your lifestyle to lose weight, stabilise and maintain weight forever.
The Cambridge Weight Plan consists of 32 'pack' flavours consisting of Bars, Smoothies, Porridge, Shakes (including ready made), Soups, Pasta & Rice dishes.
Conventional food (with my guidance and the literature I provide)can be part of YOUR personal plan, depending on the Step you are on.So if you wanted to be on this plan without work colleagues, friends or family knowing, we could work around that.
Together we can tailor the plan to suit your shift patterns/place of work/days off.
Appointment times are available throughout the daytime and evenings.
We can agree whether a weekly, fortnightly or monthly weigh in will be best suited for you. In between weigh-ins I will send you messages to keep you on track and offer support and motivation.I am only ever a phone call away should you need me!
