We are a ladies only fitness club offering a range of services to members and nonmembers. A variety of memberships are available. Facilities include CV suite, 24 classes every week, spinning studio, fixed and free weights, vibroplate, sauna and sunbed. We can also provide you with a personal program, diet analysis and food plans with regular assessments throughout your membership.
