Michel will source fresh produce on the day of your event and make same day, offsite mise-en-place in preparation for the Dinner Service. Michel will arrive at the customer’s home with professional waiting staff and prepare the dining room which includes the provision of menus, table linen, crockery, cutlery, glasses etc. Michel will prepare the food in your home, present each course at your table and leave your dining room and kitchen clean and tidy.
