What is Shiatsu?
Shiatsu is a multi-technique therapy based on eastern philosophy using the Classical acupuncture meridian system, along with the best knowledge of western medicine.
This works by releasing soft tissue tension in the fascia and muscles by applying gentle pressure along the meridians, and opens the joints.
Shiatsu uses your own energy and ability to
heal yourself, and balance out underlying causes to symptoms you are experiencing.
