WHY BOURBON
As our name suggests, we are genuine bourbon fanatics. Our Bourbon shelf is our pride and joy. It has an eclectic range of limited edition, old favourites and even some Rye and Tennessee cousin’s gate crashing the party.
Whilst we have created a whole range of Bourbon cocktails, some old, some new, some sweet, some strong; we have taken special care to create a sophisticated and varied drinks selection whether you are dining or joining us at the bar.

Let’s get one thing right, it’s charred not burnt!
Black is for our charcoal. Our kitchen and menu will tap into your primitive side with our focus on cooking over an open fire and the smoking methods our ancestors mastered. Our theatre kitchen is our Pièce de résistance! Whether it’s meat, bird, fish or veg that gets your mouth watering, rest assured we’ve got it covered.
