It is imperative that the needs of NHS staff are recognised and listened to. Research suggests that situating staff experience (as well as patient experience) centre stage may be one of the best things senior leaders could do. Counselling and clinical supervision provides a safe platform for staff to discuss their emotional and physical well-being. This ensures that issues are identified quickly and red flags such as whether staff are at risk of burn out, or are lacking motivation/job satisfaction, whilst supporting issues such as bullying, cultural differences, changes in leadership etc. Here at Positive Change I can offer significant and competitive rates for counselling and clinical supervision. Normal counselling rates are £35 per session. ***For NHS staff I can offer a lower rate of £25 per session***

About Positive Change Counselling Services

I am an established Counsellor, family support worker, clinical supervisor and life coach. (Please go to www.seethechange.co.uk for more information on the counselling services I provide) I work across the country with clients to help manage issues such as self harm, Asperger’s, behavioural problems, anxiety, low self esteem, poor school attendance, mental health issues, redundancy, terminal illness, life purpose, career change and breakdowns in family relationships. I have two bases one in Stoke on Trent and one in Warrington as well as working on a daily basis in schools providing support to children and staff.
