Total Fitness leisure clubs offer an excellent range of leisure facilities all designed for fitness, to help aid weight loss, and to simply provide activities for the family.
Our fully-equipped gyms have over 250 pieces of cardiovascular and resistance equipment, large free weights area, suitable for anyone from intermediate trainers upwards and also private ladies only area.
We also have 3 pools; a 25m indoor swimming pool, with lanes available for fast, intermediate and gentle swimmers. A smaller family pool ideal for swimming lessons, for both adults and children, and a hydrotherapy spa pool to relax and unwind after training. We also have a number of Heat Treatment options available to our members including a Steam Room, Sauna and Sanarium.
We provide a full range of FREE fitness classes to suit all tastes and exercise levels, for toning, cardiovascular work and weight loss. For a tailored fitness programme and one to one training, Total Fitness also offers personal training in all of our gyms.
Family fitness is extremely important to us at Total Fitness with each health club offering kids classes just for our younger members, family gyms and lots more.
