We are a independently owned gym specializing in High Intensity Circuit Classes. We use a variety of equipment from strong man equipment, tyres, prowlers, weights, and good old fashioned body weight. Our classes last for 30 minutes there fun, challenging, constantly changing and no matter how many times you do it you still leave with a feeling of accomplishment!
