About Derwenthorpe Wellgood Ltd

We run workshops in Mind Calm, a modern day and accessible meditation technique. Standard price for the full day course is £50 before applying the discount. As well as helping to increase our confidence, enhance creativity and boost our sense of wellbeing, the simple techniques taught at our workshops can be particularly effective when we are stressed, anxious or simply feeling overwhelmed by the constant and repetitive churn of thoughts which many of us experience in our daily lives.
